The School Student Transport Scheme (SSTS) gives eligible school students free or subsidised travel between home and school on NSW public transport, including buses and trains.

Students enrolled in Kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 2 are eligible for free bus travel. All other students (Years 3-6) to be eligible must either: reside outside the 1.6 km radius distance from the school OR have to walk more than 2.3 km to school by the shortest practicable walking distance.

When applying for a bus pass and selecting your child's school, search for 'St Michael's School (Nowra)'. Please note, this may not always work on handheld devices and may need to be completed on a computer. Once your application has been submitted online, our school will be notified to approve your application. Bus passes are sent to the school and distributed to students as soon as they arrive.
